Description
Use Czech glass shaped beads to stitch a dramatic flower reminiscent of a Frangipani or Plumeria bloom. It’s the perfect statement piece that can sit on a cuff, hair comb or even as a ring.
This project uses 2- and 4-hole beads to create a sturdy structure base which is then embellished with Czech rose petal beads and seed beads for the stylish flower accessory. Previously published in Making Jewellery magazine.
Most suitable for intermediate-advanced beaders.
You will need:
- 10x13mm Czech glass rose petal beads
- 2-hole Triangle beads
- QuadraTiles
- Size 11 and 15 seed beads (Toho works best)
- Size 11 Miyuki Delica beads
- 1 x 4mm Rose Montée
