Description
Using the classic book The Wizard of Oz for inspiration, weave a dainty beaded locket pendant using Delica beads and seed beads. Add embellishment with a 3-Dimensional beaded hat, broom charm and beaded critters.
The glass cabochon shown here features excerpts from the Wizard of Oz; the part where the Wicked Witch meets her watery end. These handmade cabochons can be purchased here or you could use any 18x25mm cabochon of your choice inside.
A knowledge of peyote stitch is necessary for this project and a little experience of bezelling cabochons would be helpful. This project is ideal for intermediate beaders.
Materials required:

Japanese seed beads in sizes 15, 11 and 8.
