Weave sparkling crystal balls perfect for dainty yet dazzling earrings. This project is an ideal beginners’ project and no previous beading experience is necessary. I just know you’ll want to make a pair in every colour!
In this tutorial I will introduce you to 2-needle right angle weave. Using clear monofilament thread means you don’t need to use any needles, as it is rigid enough to work with!
Kits are available which includes all the materials needed to make the project.
You will need:
- Sparkling 4mm crystal bicones (either Czech or Austrian)
- 4mm closed jump rings
- Fishhook ear wires
- Monofilament (clear) beading thread
You will also need (not included):
- Flush cutters or small sharp scissors
- Chain nose pliers
