Description
Use CzedhMates two-hole Crescent beads and bead embroidery techniques to create these fun motifs reminiscent of Catherine wheel fireworks.
Once complete, the beaded elements make great rings, pendants or statement necklaces. It’s a perfect project for someone new to bead embroidery!
Experimenting with colourful backing fabric will bring out the colours in the beads, while metallic Crescent beads make for on-trend statement jewellery. The colour combinations for this project are endless!
Suitable for beginner-intermediate beaders.
Materials required:
- 2-hole Crescent beads
- Size 11 and 15 seed beads
- 10mm cabochon (I used ‘Dress it up Dots’, Lunasoft or Soft Touch cabochons will also work
- Beading fabric – Misan’s Wonder or Nicole’s Bead Backing come in a choice of vibrant colours
- Ultrasuede bead backing
- Chain/findings for necklace or ring backing with flat base for ring
