Description

Embrace the trend for cacti with these spiky edged, light weight beaded pendants full of fiesta flair.

It’s a great introduction project to bezelling and bead embroidery. The versatility of this project is that you can use a cabochon of any size, simply adjust the number of beads you use in the rounds.

The bright colours and light-weight finish make them perfect for summer jewellery. The project covers turning your design into a pendant, but you could add a ring shank for a statement ring, or join several of the components together for a colourful bracelet.

Previously published in Making Jewellery magazine.
