Beading Information

Can I Sell the Beadwork Made From Your Patterns?

I am an independent artist and a small business owner who has worked very hard to create the beading kits, patterns and designs that you see. I am happy for you to sell any items you make using my tutorials, I ask that you credit me as the designer when displaying the work. This could be on the price tag perhaps. Please do not mass produce them (eg more than 30 items the same).

When sharing photos on the internet, please credit me as the pattern designer. Share the love!

What is a Virtual Workshop

Virtual classes are taught via Zoom and just like a regular beading class, but over the internet. They are a live class and not pre-recorded, so you will be able to ask me questions, speak with your classmates and see live demos.

Shopping Information

I Haven’t Received my PDF Pattern!

Please allow 24 hours for your pattern to be sent to you. It will be sent by email so please check your spam folder, just in case!

Are PDFs Downloadable?

Many of my beading patterns are available as a physical printed booklet tutorial OR as a digital PDF download of the instructions. If you choose the digital option then your pattern will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being processed.

Please note that due to EU VAT rules PDFs are not available as an automatic download at this time. If you wish to have your pattern immediately then please visit my Etsy store.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we ship all over the world! For postage and packing rates please visit the Shipping page. Please note that due to the UK no longer being in the EU and new VAT changes customs charges may apply to orders being sent to EU countries.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major bank cards via Stripe and PayPal. You can also pay using your PayPal balances or Pay in 3.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Yes, we use a secure 3rd party payment gateway and have a secure SSL certificate so you can shop with piece of mind.

Orders and Returns

How Do I Place an Order?

Simply add your items to your basket/cart by selecting your desired product from the dropdown menu, or by just clicking ‘Add to basket’, then click the trolley/cart icon in the top right corner and follow the steps to check out and pay for your order. 

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

You don’t need to have an account to place an order, just select Checkout as Guest at the checkout. If you do create an account you will be able to save your address details and save time on your next order. You will also be able to view your previous order history.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to assist. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once the PDF has been emailed to you.

How Do I Track My Order?

If you select Special Delivery you will be emailed with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. This also applies for orders over £50 sent automatically by Special Delivery. International Orders will be sent by Tracked and Signed and emailed with the tracking number once shipped. You just need to pop this code into the Royal Mail website.
