Last weekend was a lot of fun – I spent Saturday at Spoilt Rotten Beads in the pretty village of Haddenham, Ely, teaching a lovely group of ladies how to stitch my Crystal Galaxy components.
We spent the day stitching pearls and seed beads around dazzling Swarovski crystals. Some of the group decided to turn their components into rings and pendants, while others made more to create a cuff or necklace. Eileen sent me a photo of her finished necklace and I adore the colour scheme she chose.
I enjoy teaching at Spoilt Rotten, the workshop room is lovely and light, and fully fitted out with a kitchen for students’ use – in the my favourite colours too!
I’m looking forward to returning in October for a class with a festive feel. Check out the details of my Christmas Baubles class which are now on the website.
