Delivery and Shipping

We endeavor to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address when ordering.

UK orders

Our flat rate for Postage and Packaging (p&p) is £3.49. We send all UK parcels via Royal Mail First Class, which includes proof of postage compensation for lost items up to the value of £25.

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £50. Orders over £50 in value will be automatically sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed the next day by 1pm. (Please note this is guaranteed from the day of postage not from the day you place the order).

Parcels in the UK usually arrive within 2 days – please note next day delivery is no longer automatic with 1st Class mail. If you need a parcel urgently, please select Special Delivery – extra charges apply – and leave us a note in the comments box of your order.

Please be aware that there are still some delivery delays at this time due to COVID19 and the additional demand placed on the Royal Mail.


International orders

All parcels to be delivered outside of the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail airmail and are Tracked & Insured. Flat rate Postage and Packaging (p&p) costs are:

  • Europe: £10.50
  • Zone 1 (Africa, Asia, South America, Canada): £13.50
  • Zone 2 (Singapore, Australia, New Zealand): £15.50
  • Zone 3 (USA): £15.50

A parcel to Europe usually arrives within 3-4 days, depending on where it is being posted to, and the rest of the world is anything from 5-10 working days, again depending on your parcel services.
Please be aware that there are still some delivery delays at this time due to COVID19 and the additional demand placed on the parcel & delivery services. We have seen parcels to US taking up a month to arrive.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. EU customers please be aware that as I am not VAT registered, all parcels will be sent Duties Unpaid so you will likely be subject to duties and customs charges upon receipt.


Lost or damaged items

Pinkhot cannot be held responsible for any items missing or damaged due to Royal Mail or International carriers.

Please note Pinkhot Jewellery will only be able to deal with a lost item 30 days after being dispatched internationally and 20 days in the UK.

In the unfortunate event that your package does go missing we will look to resend your order free of charge. Please contact us.


Packaging

All of Chloe’s kits are beautifully packaged in cellophane bags. We have recently transitioned to biodegradable plant-based cellophane bags for our kit packaging. Orders are carefully wrapped in tissue paper to protect them, making them ready to give as gifts or enjoy unwrapping yourself!

All items are all packed in padded white paper envelopes to protect the contents. These are fully recyclable.
