Exercises for beaders – how to do away with aches and pains after beading

Like many beaders, I struggle with sore wrists and shoulders, and tired eyes after prolonged beading sessions. Let’s face it, we all sit beading for longer than we probably should!

Here are 10-minute exercises you can do every day to improve your beading wellness – bookmark this video for easy watching.

You might be familiar with this smiling face! My good friend and yoga teacher Cate Knott Carpenter joined us for a Creative Bead Hour in my Facebook Group back in January.  She shared some amazing tips to help refresh us after beading, strengthen our beading arms and even relieve tired eyes.‍
Since Facebook changed its video policy, sadly the Live is no longer available to watch.  I’ve had so many requests to make it viewable again that we decided to re-film it and make it visible to everyone on YouTube! Hurrah!
Now you can watch our 10-minute exercises for beaders, where we show you handy stretches for your wrists, shoulders, arms and eyes! Do these every day and improve your beading wellness!
Find it now on my YouTube channel. Don’t forget to bookmark the video for easy watching! .
