What you’ll need:

  • Beading thread of choice
  • Seed beads, fire polish or crystals
  • 2 x beading needles

Facts about 2-needle right angle weave

  • It gives a more even tension than single-needle RAW
  • 2-needle RAW lends itself well to 3-dimensional projects and bezels
  • It works well with monofilament thread, you’ll often see it used in traditional Japanese RAW beading projects
  • RAW works well with crystals, due to their shape
  • If you are using monofilament thread you don’t actually need to use needles!
